Sustainable Forest Sources
All our paper comes from sustainable forest sources in the UK. This means that we are helping to ensure that today's forests are still here for our children and grandchildren.
Lignin And Acid-Free
Lignin is a chemical substance found in wood that bonds cellulose, however, lignin breaks down over time, turning the paper yellow and releasing acids.
All our paper is lignin and acid-free, and as a result the texture and quality make the paper perfect for a variety of techniques such as 'ripping & tearing' giving excellent results when using chalks and inks, and for use with rubber stamps!
Elemental Chlorine-Free (ECF)
The bleaching process used to whiten paper is a critical environmental factor to include in environmentally sustainable products. Chlorine used in paper manufacturing processes affects not only the environment but also human health as well.
